Wildlife
The Greater Addo National Park, spanning 145,000 hectares, encircles the hotel. It offers horse-riding and hiking trails for beginners and advanced hikers alike. On the trails, visitors can see a variety of wildlife, such as mountain zebra, eland, and red hartebeest, as well as numerous bird species, including the Forest Weaver and Knysna Loerie. The Greater Addo Park, which encompasses the Zuurberg Mountains, protects the area’s remaining vegetation, spanning from riverine forests to mountain fynbos.
