Nestled in the Botlierskop Game Reserve, Botlierskop Tented Lodge offers a serene escape near the Moordkuil River, just a short drive away from the Garden Route. The lodge is composed of 21 suites, including Luxury Tented Suites, Deluxe Tented Suites, and Executive and Family Suites, all of which are fully equipped with a private viewing deck. Raised on wooden walkways that connect the tents to the main lodge, guests can easily access the main lodge’s open-plan lounge and restaurant, while enjoying the views. All suites are spacious and air-conditioned with even more terrific views of the river. A mini bar as well as tea and coffee making facilities are available. The Executive Suites have a private splash pool, while the Family Suites are larger with three sleeper-couches, perfect for children.
Accommodation
The Luxury Tented Suites offer vast views over the river, with a private deck that acts as the perfect vantage point. Additionally, the suites in the reserve feature a consistent colonial-style theme that creates a cohesive and immersive experience for guests. The Deluxe Suites are similar, but situated nearer to the river’s edge, and the Family Suites and Executive Suites are spacious with an en-suite and outdoor shower.

The heated pool at the main lodge provides balm for the soul with its breathtaking views of the valley below. The large open-air deck seamlessly integrates with the Fauna & Flora treatment rooms, providing guests with a serene and natural environment for their spa experience. Additionally, the Manor House non-heated swimming pool overlooks the plains, and animal sightings are common. At Botlierskop Game Reserve, where heaven meets earth at the end of each day, guests can unwind and indulge in relaxation at our Spa. Nestled on the riverbank and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The Spa at Botlierskop comprises two treatment rooms, named Fauna and Flora.
